Re: Winter is not what it used to be!

Hello, there are also some few other plants, but almost 99% are lithops: some Dinteranthus vanzylii and 7 other mesembs, 6 cacti and 5 stapelias. It`s a kind of an experiment, lithops are frost resistant in some extend, but day time temperatures are usually higher in south of Africa. And the new lea...

Re: Tall Lithrop

Hello Jaime,

I think, it was to early to water them.
The only thing you could do is to place them cold, that might reduce growing.
Lithops get long, if they get water, heat and little light.
Start watering in maybe 3-4 month.

Best wishes

IMG_0327 (FILEminimizer).JPG IMG_0351 (FILEminimizer).JPG Temperatures didn`t fall much below -3°C in Berlin in the night this winter. And daytime temperatures were always above 0°C. The plants...

L. otzeniana 'Aquamarine'

Hallo, Boris (Brom) wrote: There is a cultivar Lithops otzeniana 'Aquamarine' C128A. Although there is only one single plant known as Aquamarine, all seeds from this plant and also seedlings from these seeds are sold as 'Aquamarine' C128A. None of these seedlings looks like this Aquamarine-plant! Bu...

Re: Lithops from Southern Spain

Hello David,

I have severe difficulties with growing L. viridis from seeds. Almost no problems with other species (except L. divergens).
Do you have any advice?

Herzliche Grüße aus Berlin

Jürgen
